Direct from the Developer! Montroyal Villas Phase III in Sierra Cortina, Finestrat. In early 2017, we began the construction of the first phase consisting of 3 villas. As of today, Phases 1 and 2 are already completed and fully sold. In March 2021, construction started on Phase 3, which includes 4 villas, and we expect completion by December 2023. We want to highlight the sea views that can be enjoyed from the plot without being interrupted by the roofs of other houses. This is possible thanks to the elevated position of the plots - about seven meters above the street, placing us above all the houses in front. When building the Montroyal complex, we paid special attention to the privacy of all homes, arranged in a line, all facing the sea. Additionally, inside the residential area, it is divided by green areas and plants that prevent visibility between neighbors. The houses in front are about seven meters lower, and those behind are separated by a ten-meter wall, providing complete privacy to our complex.
